Terms and conditions for the use of gift vouchers from Resin Studio
Gift vouchers can only be used for purchases on www.resinstudio.cz and are not redeemable for cash. The value of the purchase must be equal to or greater than the value of the voucher. If the value of the goods purchased is less than the value of the voucher, the difference will not be refunded. If the value of the goods purchased is higher than the value of the voucher, you must pay the difference.
Due to the settings of the e-shop by the provider (shoptet.cz), it is not possible to prevent that a minimum order price of 299 CZK is required. When redeeming a voucher for e.g. CZK 1,000, which works as a discount for this amount, you will need to place an order for CZK 1,299.
Despite our best efforts it is not possible to circumvent this rule, we apologize for the complications. However, we believe that you will find many beautiful products in our shop for this amount of money and you will still enjoy creating.
In the case of an online purchase, in the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract or a legitimate claim, you may be refunded by means of a replacement voucher or by creating an adequate credit for the purchase.
Each voucher is marked with its expiry date - after the expiry date the voucher becomes invalid. Gift vouchers cannot be extended.
It is a valued item, in case of loss the voucher cannot be replaced in any way, the receipt of its purchase cannot be accepted as a replacement. Forgery and alteration of vouchers is forbidden and punishable under the applicable law of the Czech Republic.
No VAT is charged on the purchase of gift vouchers. It will only be settled when the voucher is redeemed and the goods are delivered in accordance with the legal regulations.
The gift voucher cannot be used to pay for transport or any other service.
The voucher code must be protected, by using it in the shop the voucher is no longer valid. We are not responsible for lost or stolen codes.
