Where do your products come from?
We are the exclusive supplier of Resin Pro Italy products and distributors of companies from the Czech Republic, therefore all our resins, pigments, as well as some dyes, molds, additives, and modifiers have Czech certification and safety data sheets. A small amount of the remaining material and goods comes from other countries, which we have carefully selected based on the high quality of materials and European certification. We personally test all products before putting them on sale, so we will never offer you something we wouldn't buy ourselves.
Do you have a store where I could come and choose materials?
We don't have a brick-and-mortar store, but you can pick up pre-paid goods by prior telephone arrangement at: Dobrovodská 2054/53A, 37005 České Budějovice. During business hours, you can also call us on one of the contact numbers.
Are your resins of good quality?
Our epoxy resins are manufactured according to all European quality standards. We have safety data sheets for everything. Our resins are characterized by excellent protection against yellowing (depending on storage conditions, products last 5 to 10 years without yellowing, unless otherwise stated in the resin description), self-leveling properties, and after curing, they have a glossy and durable surface.
Does your resin have any odor?
Our resins have minimal odor. However, even a pleasant scent is not a guarantee of safety - when working with any epoxy resins, we recommend using personal protective equipment (especially for respiratory, eye, and hand protection).
Can children, nursing or pregnant women work with resin?
We do not recommend that children, and nursing or pregnant women work with epoxy resin. However, if you choose not to follow this recommendation, then working with resin is at your own risk and responsibility, but always use personal protective equipment. Children should only engage in this creative activity in the presence of parents or other responsible adults.
I'm a beginner, what materials should I choose?
For beginners and those ordering our materials for the first time, we have unique resin crafting kits. With these kits, you'll create popular designs, and with the help of complete instructions or video tutorials, you'll easily avoid beginner mistakes. The result will not only be your first beautiful product but also invaluable experience needed for further resin crafting.
Is resin harmful?
The harmfulness of working with resin can be compared to the toxicity of working with varnishes. When working with resin, it is necessary to use personal protective equipment: respirator, safety glasses, gloves.
How long does order preparation and processing take?
We ship packages every working day.
If the payment for the order arrives by 18:00, it is shipped the next working day. In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be extended by 2-3 days (for example, during holidays or in case of delivery service disruption)
The resin arrived cloudy / contains sediment. What to do?
In cold seasons (and sometimes in cooler weather during warm seasons), component "A" thickens and acquires a cloudy shade (sometimes it may contain various precipitates / sediments). This process is normal and reversible. To restore the ideal transparency of the resin, simply place the bottle or canister with a tightly closed lid in a container with hot water until the cloudiness completely disappears. The required time depends on the volume of resin - from 30 to 90 minutes.
The goods were damaged during transit. What to do?
