for the sale of goods through www.resinstudio.cz (hereinafter referred to as "e-shop")
The reviews we publish come exclusively from customers who have actually purchased the reviewed products in our e-shop or in our store.
We are entitled not to publish/actively hide reviews that may unjustifiably harm us (where we have the right, for example, not to comply with a customer's request).
How can I rate a purchased product?
- You will receive emails with a link to submit a review if you do not express disagreement with sending an email with a link to submit a review through Heureka.cz and Zbozi.cz, Facebook, Instagram or Google. You can express your disagreement during the ordering process immediately before submitting the order.
- For each order from our e-shop, we may send you an email with the option to write a review for the product on our website, which is facilitated by our e-shop solution provider Shoptet. You can express your disagreement during the ordering process immediately before submitting the order.
The order of reviews can be found on the website Heureka.cz, reviews can be filtered directly on this website. We usually display all reviews, whether positive or negative.
How is it ensured that the reviews are not fake?
Only customers who have purchased products on our website can leave ratings for these products. We ensure this through:
- Heureka.cz or Zboží.cz, which are provided with information about the purchased product (order) and your name and email. This means that it is technically possible to submit ratings for our e-shop only by customers who have purchased from us and are rating the user experience or the product they purchased.
- We publish reviews on our website, which is facilitated by our e-shop solution provider Shoptet. We always check in advance whether it is our customer who can thus express themselves and rate our products, and we verify whether they have purchased these products from us.
How should I proceed if I did not receive a link to rate the product?
Within 14 days of receiving the order, you have the option to contact us via email at info@resinstudio.cz and then a link will be sent to you.
