Use:

Separator V11 is a light yellow liquid with a characteristic smell. The separator is designed to prevent the resin from adhering in places where this is not desirable and allows easy removal and separation of the separated part and the cast mass.

• Stir or shake the separator before use. Applied with a cloth or brush, it dries very quickly.
• When separating e.g. metal moulds, the resin can be cast almost immediately after the separator is applied. If very porous materials (wood, plaster, etc.) are being separated, we recommend waiting a few minutes for the separator to fully evaporate.

Properties:

• Colour light yellow to white.
• Density approx. 0.70 g/cm3.

Storage:

• It is stored dry at a temperature of 20 ^oC.
• Attention, Class I flammables.

Protection of safety at work:

• The workplace where the separation is carried out must be well ventilated.
• Wear protective gloves and a respirator when working.
• After work, wash your hands with soap and use a regenerating cream.
• It is forbidden to eat, drink and smoke while working.
• Safe handling and storage is governed by the safety data sheet.
