Shipping and Payment
TRANSPORT (CZECH REPUBLIC):

- Z Point + Z BOX: CZK 49 (up to 5 kg), CZK 89 (from 5 to 15 kg);
- Delivery courier to the address: 79 CZK (up to 5 kg), 99 CZK (from 5 to 10 kg), 119 CZK (from 10 to 20 kg);
- PPL PARCEL SMART (ParcelShop): 89 CZK (up to 5 kg), 129 CZK (from 5 to 25 kg);
- PPL: 119 CZK (up to 10 kg);
- GLS ShopDeliveryService (delivery point): 44 CZK (only up to 10 kg);
- GLS (delivery to the address): CZK 69 (up to 3 kg), CZK 74 (from 3 to 10 kg), CZK 79 (from 10 to 20 kg), CZK 99 ( from 20 to 31.5 kg);
- Geis CZ (pallet transport): CZK 390 (from 30 to 50 kg).
Shipping for purchases over CZK 2,000 (Z Point Post Office) or over CZK 2,000 (PPL PARCEL SMART - ParcelShop) up to 5 kg FREE. For GLS, shipping is free for purchases over CZK 2,000 up to 10 kg.
The courier company states on its website that in the Czech Republic "80% of shipments arrive within the next day. We do not guarantee delivery time, but we will do our best to deliver your shipment as soon as possible".

- Delivery (Packet) Z-Point + Z-BOX: 2.9 EUR (up to 5 kg), 4.9 EUR (from 5 to 10 kg), 6.9 EUR (from 10 to 15 kg);
- Parcel (Paket) delivery address: 4.4 EUR (up to 5 kg), 5.4 EUR (from 5 to 10 kg), 6.5 EUR (from 10 to 15 kg), EUR 7.7 (from 15 to 20 kg);
- GLS ShopDeliveryService (max. size in SR: 50 × 50 × 50 cm, max. weight in SR: 31.5 kg):
- FREE strong> from purchase 80 EUR (weight up to 3 kg);
- 3.4 EUR (up to 3 kg), 4.9 EUR (3-10 kg), 5.5 EUR (10-20 kg), 5.9 EUR (20-30 kg).

PROCEDURE FOR ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS BY THE CARRIER
We pack the products carefully and with love, but it can still happen that they arrive damaged, something else arrives or they don't arrive at all, for example because of the carrier. In order for us to be able to send you the goods again and for the complaint from the carrier to be recognized, we bring you a summary of the necessary steps for such situations.
WHAT TO DO IF THE SHIPMENT OR PART OF IT IS MECHANICALLY DAMAGED?
You, as the buyer, are obliged to check the goods for damage immediately upon receipt from the carrier or at the pick-up points (the box is not damaged, the stickers are not torn off, etc.). If you discover on the spot that it is damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and inform us of this fact by e-mail at info@resinstudio.cz. We will then contact you to send a replacement item.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU DISCOVER THAT THE SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED AFTER THE SHIPPING DEPARTURE?
Zásilkovna: View the shipment directly at the Zásilkovna branch. If you receive a visibly damaged package, the right to claim expires. In the event that the package is damaged, please notify the Post Office staff. Then please inform us by email and we will contact you with the next procedure. If the contents of the shipment are damaged, please inform us of this fact by e-mail to info@resinstudio.cz. And no later than 5 calendar days after taking over the shipment. We will then contact you with the next procedure. In order to process a complaint, it is necessary to keep the complete shipment, including packaging material and filling.
PPL: If after receiving the shipment you find that its contents are damaged, fill in within 3 working days of delivery complaint form on the PPL website. Subsequently, PPL will contact you with a report on the damage. In order to process a complaint, it is necessary to keep the complete shipment, including packaging material and filling. Czech Post: Make a claim for a damaged parcel no later than 2 working days after receiving it at any branch of the Czech Post.
