Wood is a material that resin simply suits. Create a beautiful decorative object from wood and resin. Just choose the colours you like or that fit your interior and you can get creative! The resulting product is also popular as a gift for your loved ones.
Do you know how to do that? Read this tutorial on decorating wood blanks.
In order to prevent the resin from leaking or contaminating the unadorned parts, we recommend covering the parts that will not be covered with resin with food-grade foil and wrapping them with PVC adhesive tape from our range. Also tape the bottom of the box lid if you will be casting the resin on it.

Decorating Wooden Blanks with Resin
Decorating a Wooden Tray with Resin
Wooden blanks are made from residual material and do not undergo final finishing in carpentry, as is the case with custom-made products. They are often not thoroughly sanded, may have knots, pronounced growth rings, or different wood coloration. Small defects may occur during production. Additionally, dimensions may vary by + - 1 to 10 mm.
To ensure that your and your customers' products last as long as possible, we recommend following these guidelines:
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST:
- Placing hot objects, such as teacups, on finished products.
- Soaking dishes in water for an extended period.
- Washing in a dishwasher.
- Heating in a microwave.
- Storing in the refrigerator.
- Pouring boiling water over them.
- Storing near heat sources.
- Placing burning candles on the products and exposing them to open flames in general.
WE RECOMMEND:
- Cleaning with a damp cloth or rinsing with water and immediately drying.
- If necessary, restore the protective layer by applying linseed oil to the wooden dishware.
